How To Use
- Every Morning and Evening:
- Clean face and eyes
- Apply 3R Relaxing Eye Serum around the eyes
- Long press the button to turn the tool ON
- Hold the massage head in contact of the inner corner of the eye and start working to the end of the eye until product absorption (approx. 2 minutes each eye)
- Apply 3R Regenerating Eye Contour Balm
One/week: Use the Gold patches
- Clean face and eyes
- Apply 3R Relaxing Eye Serum around the eyes
- Long press the button to turn the tool ON
- Hold the massage head in contact of the inner corner of the eye and start working to the end of the eye until product absorption (upper and lower lids, approx. 2 minutes each eye)
- Apply Gold patches under eyes (while the skin is still warm)
- Apply 3R Regenerating Eye Contour Balm and start melting the patches until total absorption.

Delivery & Returns
- 35 SAR delivery fee on all orders across KSA.
- Orders placed inside Jeddah (from Sunday until Thursday) will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after receiving a confirmation email.
- Orders placed outside Jeddah (from Sunday until Thursday) will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after receiving a confirmation email.
- Delivery is not valid on Fridays or Public Holidays.
- Payments can only be made via Cash on Delivery, Visa or Mastercard.
- Biosphere’s delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order.
- In the event of a failed delivery, the order will be returned to Biosphere and you will be contacted within 24 hours to set a new delivery date and time.
- Customers are required to sign a Proof of Delivery.
- Products must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that they meet the purchase order and product standard (type, quantity and packaging condition). If the products do not comply with the placed order or are damaged, they can be returned with the courier. Alternatively, contact Biosphere by phone (+966 55 167 7055) or email (customercare@biosphereskincare.com) within 24 hours of delivery.
