How To Use

  • Every Morning and Evening:
    1. Clean face and eyes
    2. Apply 3R Relaxing Eye Serum around the eyes
    3. Long press the button to turn the tool ON
    4. Hold the massage head in contact of the inner corner of the eye and start working to the end of the eye until product absorption (approx. 2 minutes each eye)
    5. Apply 3R Regenerating Eye Contour Balm

    One/week: Use the Gold patches

    1. Clean face and eyes
    2. Apply 3R Relaxing Eye Serum around the eyes
    3. Long press the button to turn the tool ON
    4. Hold the massage head in contact of the inner corner of the eye and start working to the end of the eye until product absorption (upper and lower lids, approx. 2 minutes each eye)
    5. Apply Gold patches under eyes (while the skin is still warm)
    6. Apply 3R Regenerating Eye Contour Balm and start melting the patches until total absorption.

  • Delivery is valid across Switzerland and Europe.
  • Free delivery on all orders inside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
  • 9.00 CHF delivery fee on all orders across Europe.
  • Orders inside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, and orders across Europe will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days after receiving a confirmation email.
  • If the items are out of stock, you will be informed about the expected delivery date. Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a new delivery date and time.
  • Delivery is not valid on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
  • Payments can only be made via Visa or Mastercard.
  • Biosphere’s delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order.
  • In the event of a failed delivery, the order will be returned to Biosphere and you will be contacted within 24 hours to set a new delivery date and time.
  • Customers are required to sign a Proof of Delivery.
  • Products must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that they meet the purchase order and product standard (type, quantity and packaging condition). If the products do not comply with the placed order or are damaged, they can be returned with the courier.
