Delivery & Returns

  • 50 AED delivery fee on all orders below 500 AED across UAE.
  • Free delivery on all orders above 500 AED across UAE.
  • Delivery is valid across the UAE and GCC countries except for Qatar and KSA.
  • Delivery fees for GCC countries are based on the country where orders were placed.
  • Orders will be delivered within 0 to 3 business days after receiving a confirmation email if items are available in the UAE; otherwise, you will be informed about the expected delivery date. Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a delivery date and time.
  • Delivery is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays.
  • Payments can only be made via Visa or Mastercard.
  • Biosphere’s delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order.
  • In the event of a failed delivery, the order will be returned to Biosphere and you will be contacted within 24 hours to set a new delivery date and time.
  • Customers are required to sign a Proof of Delivery.
  • Products must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that they meet the purchase order and product standard (type, quantity and packaging condition). If the products do not comply with the placed order or are damaged, they can be returned with the courier. Alternatively, contact Biosphere by phone (+971 50 300 8060) or email (customercare@biosphereskincare.com) within 24 hours of delivery.
