Delivery & Returns

EUROPE

• Delivery is valid across Switzerland and Europe.
• Free delivery on all orders inside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
• 9.00 CHF delivery fee on all orders across Europe.
• Orders inside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, and orders across Europe will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days after receiving a confirmation email.
• If the items are out of stock, you will be informed about the expected delivery date. Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a new delivery date and time.
• Delivery is not valid on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Payments can only be made via Visa or Mastercard.
• Biosphere’s delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order.
• In the event of a failed delivery, the order will be returned to Biosphere and you will be contacted within 24 hours to set a new delivery date and time.
• Customers are required to sign a Proof of Delivery.
• Products must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that they meet the purchase order and product standard (type, quantity and packaging condition). If the products do not comply with the placed order or are damaged, they can be returned with the courier. Alternatively, contact Biosphere by phone (+41 78 222 72 34) or email (customercare@biosphereskincare.com) within 24 hours of delivery. • 100 EGP delivery fee on all orders across Giza and Cairo, Egypt.
• Orders will be delivered within 1-10 working days after receiving a confirmation email.

• Delivery is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays, or Public Holidays.
