EUROPE
- Delivery is valid across Switzerland and Europe.
- Free delivery on all orders inside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
- 9.00 CHF delivery fee on all orders across Europe.
- Orders inside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, and orders across Europe will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days after receiving a confirmation email.
- If the items are out of stock, you will be informed about the expected delivery date. Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a new delivery date and time.
- Delivery is not valid on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
- Payments can only be made via Visa or Mastercard.
- Biosphere’s delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order.
- In the event of a failed delivery, the order will be returned to Biosphere and you will be contacted within 24 hours to set a new delivery date and time.
